Note 

Add KCl after other ingredients have dissolved. Adjust pH to 7.0 with approximately 0.2 ml 5 M NaOH per liter. Autoclave. Add sterile glucose after solution has cooled below 60°C. Add sterile 5 ml 2 M MgCl2 per liter just before use.
