Note

The original recipe specifies an aprotinin concentration of 1,000 Kallikrein inhibitor units/ml of aprotinin. This recipe has been modified to specify 0.2 mg/ml based on the manufacturer's specification of >5,500 Kallikrein inhibitor units per mg of dry weight.
