Preparation of parrafin tissue sections
Dissolve picric acid in a volume of water equal to half of final volume. Filter through Whatman No. 1 paper or equivalent. Add paraformaldehyde and heat to 60C in a fume hood. Add a few drops of 1 N NaOH to help dissolution. Cool to room temperature and add remaining ingredients.
