40 ug/ml	L-Tryptophan

Note

For 1 l, dissolve YNB, casein hydrosylate, adenine in 800 ml H20. Adjust pH to 5.8 with HCl. Sterilize by autoclaving or filtering. Add glucose and tryptophan after sterilization.
