2 % (wt:vol)



For 1 l, dissolve YNB, casein hydrosylate, adenine, agar in 800 ml H20. Adjust pH to 5.8 with HCl.  Sterilize by autoclaving or filtering.  Add glucose after sterilization.

20.0 ml Adenine Hemisulfate Salt, 1 mg/ml
20.00 g Agar - Bacto (solid)
50.0 ml Glucose, 40% (wt:vol) Autoclave other ingredients and then add glucose
