10 g/l	Casein Hydrolysate - Acid Digest, Low Salt
20 ug/ml	Adenine Hemisulfate Salt
20 g/l	Agar - Bacto
2 % (wt:vol)	Glucose

Note

For 1 l, dissolve YNB, casein hydrosylate, adenine, agar in 800 ml H20. Adjust pH to 5.8 with HCl. Sterilize by autoclaving or filtering. Add glucose after sterilization.
