Stability / Storage:      Store ≤ 4C until resuspension. After resuspension, freeze at -20C.

Resuspension and transformation instructions

1. Collect product at bottom of tube by centrifugation for 10 sec.
2. Add 200 ul ddH2O and resuspend by pipetting.
3. Transform competent E.coli strain per cell manufacturer’s instructions. For storage, we recommend strain DH10b or equivalent. For expression, use BL21(DE3) or equivalent.
4. Plate cells on Carbencillin containing media such as 2xYT or LB agar to isolate individual colonies, and prepare plasmid DNA and glycerol stocks.

Reagents not supplied: 10 mM Tris, 1 mM EDTA, pH 8
