nanoCLAMP SMT3-A1


nanoCLAMP SMT3-A1 is a single domain antibody mimetic recognizing yeast SUMO, human SUMO2, human SUMO3, SUMOstar and SUMO-tagged proteins. Validated applications include affinity chromatography and sandwich ELISA. nanoCLAMP SMT3-A1 anti-SUMO beads are useful for SUMO purification, SUMO immunoprecipitation (IP), SUMO pulldown, SUMO chromatography and SUMO isolation. nanoCLAMP SMT3-A1 represents an alternative to SUMO antibodies and SUMO nanobodies.  SMT3-A1 beads can be used for cleaved SUMO-tag removal from purified proteins.
