nanoCLAMP slyD-A1

nanoCLAMP slyD-A1 is a single domain antibody mimetic recognizing E. coli SlyD. SlyD is a histidine-rich FKBP-type peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase and is often the predominant contaminant of 6xHis-tagged proteins eluted from Ni-NTA resin. nanoCLAMP slyD-A1 anti-NusA beads are useful for SlyD removal, SlyD depletion, SlyD isolation, SlyD purification, SlyD chromatography, and SlyD immunoprecipitation. Removal of SlyD contamination by nanoCLAMP slyD-A1(Resin) is an alternative to purification of 6xHis-tagged proteins with cobalt resins or expression of 6xHis-tagged proteins in specialized E. coli strains such as LOBSTR, NiCo21(DE3), and NiCo22(DE3).
