nanoCLAMP malE-A1 is a single domain antibody mimetic recognizing maltose binding protein (MBP). Validated applications include affinity chromatography and sandwich ELISA. nanoCLAMP malE-A1 anti-MBP beads are useful for MBP purification, MBP immunoprecipitation (IP), MBP pulldown, MBP chromatography, MBP isolation, MBP removal and MBP depletion. nanoCLAMP malE-A1(Resin) is an alternative to amylose resin or amylose beads and represents an orthogonal purification method as a polishing step for purified MBP fusion proteins.
